Even more!

Rudi, my very great acting teacher at Bristol Old Vic, said many wonderful things about acting.

Here are a very, very few:

Acting is the gentle art of living - (later he would add 'the gentle art of living together')

Everyone is an actor - we just call it 'good manners'

Acting is the art of reacting

Acting is playing -that's why you're called players

You spell 'art' with a capital F

'Big Floppy Willies'

was a piece of advice handed to us by one of my toothless, drunk, acting tutors.

he was a legend!

-oops i pressed the button before i had finished.

Another piece of advice, given to someone i know by the great Alan Rickman was - your american accent is dreadfull but you have a good bum... your bum will save you.

The persons bum in question did actualy appear in the play quite a lot. so there was reason for Mr Rickman to mension it.

'you spell 'art' with a capital F' - I like that a lot!

Chris :)
